This service is intended for students, staff, and faculty who are unable to come to campus safely or who are living outside the Oakland area. If you are able to pick up your materials at the library, please do not fill out this form; place materials on hold in the catalog and await instructions for making a pickup appointment instead.
Mailed items will be sent via USPS media mail. Shipping alone will take approximately 5-13 business days, possibly longer with USPS delays. You will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number when your materials are shipped.
Alternatively, we can scan up to 10% of a book. This process will still take up to 5-10 business days.
